Slowly
I just took a walk up and down my street. I've had a lot of contractions the last 24 hours but they never get closer together or increase in strength enough to head to the hospital. I've had a very quiet day at home and it has been great. The most exciting part was loosing the plug. Not pretty but a sign of progress.
